All UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail, and Standard Delivery is typically 2-3 days.International Shipping
Kandor Clothing will deliver your product to anywhere in the world. The delivery costs are calculated based on the weight and location.
Most orders will be sent by 'Royal Mail Track' service, however, orders over 2kg will be sent by Parcelforce. All will require a signature on delivery.
Please note that International orders may incur a customs or import duty fee in your country, and this has be paid by the customer. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order to avoid any unexpected charges.
You can return any item (excluding underwear) a refund or exchange, within 30 days of purchase date. This simply requires you to post it back to us with a copy of the order invoice enclosed.

Once your parcel has been received, we will process your refund within five working days of receipt, and provide you with email update as soon as this is finalised. Please note that refunds will be sent to the same card or paypal account you used in paying for the order.
All goods returned will be inspected, and we expect them to meet the following criteria:
- - All original tags must be attached
- - All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received
- - All items have not been worn
- - All items are free of any odours
- - All items must be in saleable condition
- - Online commercial orders only
We recommend that you use recorded mail and keep the receipt of postage as Kandor Clothing will not take responsibility for any orders that are lost by mail service providers when you are returning them to us. Also, ensure your goods are packed securely and cannot get damaged on the way.
Please note also that goods purchased online cannot be refunded in one of our retail stores and goods purchased in stores cannot be returned online.
